Our Mission

In 2007, Steffany founded her business Flourish Marketing. In 2019, she followed her passion of helping others and turned the business into the nonprofit Inspire & Flourish.
Steffany has spent the last 30 years volunteering and raising money for local schools and charities. Her areas of expertise include event planning, fundraising, and engaging youth with volunteering projects. She is always searching for new ways to help those around her and strives to share her message of kindness.
Steffany lives in Maple Grove, MN with her husband Tom of 34 years. She has three grown children and a house full of pets. When not working on her projects or services with Inspire and Flourish,  Steffany loves to pursue her hobbies of photography and travel. She can often be found at her cabin up north or hanging out with her dogs and family. She is also a 13 year breast cancer survivor.  She likes to save this one last, so as to make it just a small piece of who she is.

Ashley has worked alongside small business owners for the past 16 years. This led her to turn this vast and deep knowledge of business ownership into helping business owners grow and meet their goals. From profits to process to people- it's all needed to make that dream come true. 
Her right hand through this entire journey has always been her dogs. She's had at least 1 dog alongside her since she was born. That created her second passion, animals. From domestic to wild, she loves them all. Joining the I&F board affords her the opportunity to truly make a difference in the animal world alongside the business world. Combining 2 passions seems like a dream come true, and it is. 

 Fia is an outstanding dog owner and foster mom.  She has been volunteering in the rescue community for several years now.  She is knowledgeable about what dogs need, but she is still always willing to listen and learn.

Fia is a vital part of Inspire and Flourish.  We rely on her to help all things come together.  She is always available when we need her and we could not do what we do without her.

She grew up in Duluth and went to college at Augsburg majoring in business management. She has owned and managed a small rental and property management company for 11 years. She resides in St. Paul with her pups Micah, Finley, and Micket.

Susie has been doing bookkeeping and accounting work since the age of 12.  After fast-tracking through college Susie started her adult bookkeeping career in the construction world. In 2010 Susie started Carefree Bookkeeping which specializes in service-based businesses and non-profits.  Susie enjoys helping business owners reach their goal by teaching them about their numbers.
Susie loves all animals and has two cats of her own, Speedway & Sweetpea. Neighbors call Susie the Cat Whisperer. Susie has trained her cats like you would a dog where she can leave all the doors open and the cats will sit on the sidewalk and come back in the house when asked.
Susie also enjoys hanging out with friends and making her own greeting cards. Susie is looking forward to working with Inspire & Flourish to help more animals. 

Brittney is the lead volunteer behind Inspire & Flourish. She helps with website maintenance, online retail store management, and design, and event photography for Inspire & Flourish events. 
Brittney has always loved animals and has two cats of her own, Harley & Indi. When it comes to her work and hobbies, Brittney is meticulously organized and fiercely passionate. When not working her day job, you can find Brittney at concerts, traveling, hiking, camping or photographing events, people, and animals.

Brooke is currently a junior studying advertising and business at Iowa State University. Through her positions in Delta Gamma Sorority, she has gained experience in leadership and communicating information to a large and diverse group of people. Additionally, she has managed all of the Delta Gamma Sorority social media platforms and led the communications committee. She has gained experience in advertising and has been responsible for creating advertising campaigns. She is also a member of the Honor’s Society and Public Relations Student Society of America. 

Raquel has been active in the rescue community since first volunteering at Paws and Claws in 5th grade. She has a background in nonprofit special events and fundraising, and currently works as a flight attendant for a major US airline. Raquel has worked both sides of the fundraising table, as a board member and in several fundraising and development positions. She hopes to bring creative ideas and meticulous planning to Inspire and Flourish, helping to further their mission and impact.
